What is Vyana?
Vyana (pronounced vee-yah-na) is one of five vital energies that support the Prana body, our life-force.
Vyana specifically is the network of energy channels that runs throughout our whole bodies, keeping us connected to ourselves and others. It is said that there are thousands of these channels in our bodies, and as vibrational beings, our energy channels are actually linked to those around us.
Whether we live in cities, suburbs, or rural communities, the hustle bustle and stress of everyday life often leaves us feeling disconnected from ourselves, each other, and nature as a whole.
It is my wish that your yoga practice helps reconnect you to your own inner wisdom, and reminds you of the joy and playfulness of life.
